    C-Ray Caps&Hats has been engaged in the headwear business since 2012. It has been committed to high-quality headwear manufacturers and customizers, providing product design, research and development, manufacturing and consulting based on OEM and ODM services for many international brands.

After nearly 7 years of development, C-Ray Caps&Hats has established a production base in Dongguan with advanced embroidery, printing, washing, laser cutting and injection molding lines.

    Through innovative design, first-class production and advanced equipment, C-Ray Caps&Hats always puts the customer‘s interests and product quality first. Our factory has been audited by BSCI and COSTCO and has passed SGS testing and certification.

    Strict quality control procedures are carried out in all work processes such as materials, cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, ironing, finished goods and transportation to ensure that we are able to provide our customers with higher quality products.
